By completing a purchase on the Website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. 3. Orders and Payment

4. Pricing and Taxes

5. Fulfillment

Buyer, including any of its officers, directors, and agents, will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law Campaign Red and any of our members, agents, and employees against any and all liabilities, obligations, costs, damages, losses, claims, causes of action, judgments, fines, and other amounts arising out of the services rendered and actions taken by Campaign Red and any of its members, agents, and employees pursuant to this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Modification of Terms

Campaign Red reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

By completing a purchase on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
